Pre-Qualification Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Qualification Terms and Conditions (“Pre-Qualification Terms”) apply to your use of PaySpyre’s loan pre-qualification feature (“Pre-Qualification”).
These Pre-Qualification Terms are separate from and in addition to PaySpyre’s general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any loan, financing, or credit agreement.
By accessing or using the Pre-Qualification feature, you agree to be bound by these Pre-Qualification Terms.
1. What Pre-Qualification Is
Pre-Qualification is a preliminary, non-binding assessment based solely on information you self-report through PaySpyre’s digital process.
Pre-Qualification:
- Is not a loan approval;
- Is not a credit decision;
- Is not an offer to lend;
- Does not guarantee financing; and
- Does not guarantee any loan amount, rate, term, or conditions.
Pre-Qualification is provided for informational purposes only.
2. No Guarantee of Financing
Pre-Qualification does not create any obligation on PaySpyre to approve or provide financing. Financing may be declined for any lawful reason.
3. Self-Reported Information
Pre-Qualification relies entirely on information you provide. You confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in withdrawal of Pre-Qualification results.
4. Indicative Results Only
Any results or estimates shown are illustrative only, based on unverified information, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
5. No Reliance
You must not rely on Pre-Qualification results to make financial commitments or assume financing will be available.
6. No Advice
Pre-Qualification is not financial, legal, or professional advice.
7. Withdrawal or Modification
PaySpyre may withdraw or modify Pre-Qualification results at any time without notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
PaySpyre may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaySpyre is not liable for losses arising from reliance on Pre-Qualification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
11. Acceptance
By using Pre-Qualification, you confirm you understand it is not an approval and does not guarantee financing.
